Safeguarding Training

County Logo.png

As adults in Scouts, the safety of young people is our priority. The Safeguarding training ensures that you understand how to keep young people and adults safe in Scouts and includes how to recognise abuse and report concerns.

Members are required to complete Scouting specific safeguarding training initially within the first 5 months of taking up their role, but then every three years following that.

You will be able to find your renewal date by visiting your record on compass.

This course is now only run as independent e-learning.
